Terms of Service - Zhongguan Technology

1. Scope of Service

Zhongguan Technology provides SMT assembly, PCBA manufacturing, component sourcing and related testing & box-build. Specific process capability is confirmed by engineering review.

2. Nature of Quote

Online quotes are preliminary estimates calculated from the BOM and parameters you provide; they are not a final contract price. Final pricing is subject to a mutually confirmed formal quote / purchase order. Some processes (e.g. BGA rework, lead-free, special substrates) may affect the final price.

3. Orders & Lead Time

Prototyping: samples as fast as 24 hours (subject to process confirmation);
Small batch (up to 100 pcs): about 2 working days;
Volume orders: about 3 working days (order-specific).

Lead times above are typical estimates and may vary with special processes, material readiness and capacity scheduling. Actual delivery is per the confirmed order.

4. Customer Data & IP

Your BOM, Gerber, pick-and-place files and design materials remain your intellectual property. We use them only to fulfill the order, keep them strictly confidential, and do not use or disclose them for our own or any third-party products.

5. Consigned Material

Quality and completeness of consigned or sourced components are confirmed by both parties. Rework / loss caused by defective incoming material is handled per the order agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Liability for manufacturing services is limited to the amount of the specific order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent court.
